🆕 New CNC Equipment Arrives at EFENSA: Precision at a New Level



We are excited to announce the arrival of three new CNC machines at EFENSA Plant 2, representing a major investment in precision, efficiency, and modern manufacturing capability. These units will soon be part of our production line, where clients and partners can experience our technology up close.


🛬 All three machines arrived together, reinforcing our strategic push toward industrial excellence and technological leadership in Mexico.


1. DAVI 4-Roll Plate Rolling Machine



A cutting-edge solution for plate forming, this Davi machine offers:

  • High repeatability and bending precision

  • Compact, closed-frame design

  • Patented Servo-Tronic© system for roll parallelism even during electronic failure

  • Ideal for mass production and industrial sectors requiring tight diameters and powerful forming


🔧 Its planetary guide technology delivers one of the tightest bending radii on the market.


2. Accurshear 62501 – Hydraulic Shearing Machine



Built for heavy-duty performance, this machine features:

  • Cutting capacity for up to 80,000 tensile / 44,000 yield strength materials

  • CNC 36” automatic backgauge with LED display and pre-programs

  • Shadow line lighting and manual quick blade clearance adjustment

  • Swing-up backstop for longer material cuts

  • Reinforced for durability with high-precision ACME lead screws


📏 Engineered for high-accuracy, long-life shearing in structural and plate fabrication.


3. Accurpress 62501 – CNC Press Brake



From the Accell E Series, this CNC press brake brings:

  • Y1/Y2 synchronized hydraulic control system

  • +/-0.0004” accuracy across the full bending length

  • CNC-controlled backgauge with X, R (standard) and optional Z1/Z2, 6-axis Elite

  • Vision Control system (user-friendly interface)

  • Wila hydraulic ram clamping system

  • Large open height and stroke for complex part design


💡 Includes off-center bending capabilities and optional Moses control upgrade.
